Once again Hollywood will be cheating me of my money I played double roulette game round about 4:01 there was connection lost when the game returned I got number 0 and 6 total pay out was suppose to be 708 nothing came through I went to the live chat on the game spoke to them they said they do see a technical error provided me with a ticket number they informed me to speak to Hollywood consultant for further queries when I was doing my follow up to see when the money will be paid Hollywood can't see any error I give them the ticket number I was provided she tells me to look for a tick number on the transection list so I looked but it's not appearing as there was a technical error but I do go on the game and view game history and it's there took a screen shot to show her she still wants the ticket number where am I going to get it if it doesn't appear on the bett history.
