I've picked up on 28 payments that was never allocated to my HWB account yet the money was paid over into their bank .

I've send all 28 proof of payments and it's been 24hours already

They not getting back to me I'm unable to update the chat section on the app

It amounts to over 45k!!!!!! Where is my money and why m I not getting feedback
