****s carnival at Athlone stadium

Today Saturday 7 January 2023 I'm sitting at Athlone stadium. What a pathetic arrangement since they've taken over this culture of ours. I'm in my late 50's now imagine my mother's age. I had to walk up the stairs till the top floor because there were no seats at the bottom for the older people. Shouldn't they be getting privilege for seating? U offer them a discount but the have to walk up 6 long flights of stairs only to be sitting in an uncomfortable seat after having stood in the hot sun, in a line of 1000's of people for over 2 hours. I'm appalled at this whole affair. Not to speak of the city who is supposedly working for us. How can the city be working for us if they treat the elderly like this. I tried getting mom in a lift to go up and 1 of the officials politely removed her out of the lift and told her to climb the stairs. I'm very angry and I need to know how to take this matter up with authorities.
