Rude call center agent 😡😡😡

I'd give a 0 rating if possible. At 12:04 I called their helpline regarding withdrawal and the phone was answered by a very rude lady unfortunately I didn't get her name. It was a follow-up call and the lady didn't even apologize that my query was not resolved on 1st call. She was speaking over me and she has no listening skill at all. I phoned stated my case and she told me about weekends and holidays which was irrelevant to my query. she is plain rude and does not deserve to be working with people!!!!!
