Roulette betting restrictions

I play auto roulette everyday on evolution and just yestetday all of a sudden, while immplayimg it doesn't allow me to take more bets than 24 numbers. It says betting restrictions apply. This severely limits how you can play . Nobody at Hollywood bets seems to know why. So i was hoping they could explain it here. I stopped playing because of this. Taken the fun out of it.
