Robbing poor people their hard earned money on this platform.
I was placing bets in one of their games and a messages popped up saying contact hollywoodbets, immediately after that another popped up and this is exactly how it's written on the screenshot 👇👇👇 Bet Slip Created at: 06 Dec 2023 l 00:10 User ID:123456 Ticket Number: *** Max Win: R2 000 000 Bet: R18,0 Venue: https://new.hollywoodbets.net/ Status: Open Wager Type: Single Product: 123.
Can I please be advised as to this means I won or not as the consultants says that ticket says otherwise.

Do u know how many call ,messages and emails did I send to you and no one has responded I called till my airtime is finished no one bothere to calls back and follow up.

The only thing they care about is eating peoples money. When its their time to pay out it's always excuses, excuses and more excuses.
Their response is always we escalating the matter to customer service management, they'l be in touch with you that's all nothing after that.

As I was saying this hollywoodbets people are playing with South African citizens and whoever's playing on their site because since I posted this o the 06 Dec 2023 they said they escalating and the management team will get back to me, no one has ever gotten back to me so what does that mean.
It means we the gamblers on their site are crazy and stupid it's only be easier to deposit, pla and loose otherwise when these a win then it's technical problems that they have to escalate.
