Stole my money! 1stly when I handed in my fica docs (which was still in the 3 month period) rejected it and said it’s too close to the 3 month date. 2ndly deposited money and put a wrong reference( my fault )! Now they refuse to return my money unless I reopen my account (which I’ll necer do) and won’t return it to my bank account from which I paid it from. Staff is not knowledgeable at all . Said company has designed it in such away it’s almost impossible to get your money back. I’ve done phone calls and WhatsApp’s with no joy! Bitterly disappointed after all moneys ive spent with this company (and its a lot) if a zero star rating we’re available that’s what I would choose. Currently they still sitting with my money and giving all excuses not to pay it back.
