****** of my money by Hollywood

I purchased a Hollywood op up voucher for R500. On entering the pin number to top up it stated voucher redeemed. i made contact with Hollywood and was told voucher was redeemed by another number which they have but did not want to disclose it. They stated i must go to SAPS to open a case. SAPS stated it was not their issue and must take it up with Hollywood to investigate. Hollywood sucks totally.
