****** of a payout

I've taken a horse racing bet a straight line banker quartet and played a R5 bet which is 5 times the win. The quartet payed R5070.90 per R1. They firstly paid me the full amount R26481.15 and not long after they reversed it and paid me only R10584. 19 which is 2 x the win of the payout. These ******* say it is because the pool was that amount. Which is not true as the pool determines the payout which was 5070.90. Which I should have been paid 5 times that amount. If it really was the pool amount then the payout should have not been the sum of 5070.90 but less. But they set the payout and should pay my money. The call center is useless and even the branches are just as pathetic as the staff don't know what they are doing. If that is the case they should not allow people too take a bet more than 1x the win as the are basically *****ing from punters. Dinesh ********** 195
