****** Me of my Bets Taken Without Been Consulted

Good Morning I have placed bets on 13 December 2020 on Formula One for Daniel Ricciardo not to finish on the podium. The bet was processed successfully and i even called and confirmed the bets with a hollywoodbets customer care representative early in the Morning just to ensure what i have taken is correct and for hollywoodbets to acknowledge. After the race i called hollywoodbets again to follow up on the payout and the representative said that she will esalate my bets to be cleared and paid out. When i logged into my hollywoodbets account this Morning i see that hollywoodbets did not pay me out and but instead refunded back my money without even consultanted.

This is totally unacceptable and not right. This matter better be properly investigated and provide effective feedback else i will take it up further.
