good day I have won several amouts on the bets but they are refusing to pay me since the 26th July I tried to get hold of them several times but they just read my messages and ignore me my account number is 216693

Hollywood playing tricks with me they asked me to reverse the money back into my Hollywood account which I did and told me to withdraw again.i did that and when I withdrew I got this message Good day, your w/d request of R 2000 has been declined for the following reason: Bank Statement required. I immediately forwarded the bank statement and withdrew the funds again where I received this message
