22/08/2020 I played lighting Roulet placed a beat for R640 On number 31 which lighting striked it by 500 but they never paid me I only got normal payment with out the lighting payment ever since I have been trying to resolve my payment and no one has been able to help me they asked for a ticket number which when I went to one of the office for them to find it for me on my phone they couldn't find it than they requested for a statement to be emailed still no luck yesterday was chatting to one of the live support people they than sent me my statement same time was so happy that I will find my ticket number little did I know less it's wasn't there my statement only shows my account from morning up till 10:pm having a balance of R300 than it's shows from 02:30 am withdrawing 19000 now the person that was helping says it doesn't show that I played at 12:00 at night as I claim when I asked her if I had 300 at 10:00pm than where does the 19000 comes from at 2:30 am in the morning I am not sure if I will get help with the correct payment for my money but now I have exhausted all resources I know that why I have came here for help
