********** -paid incorrectly for a winning bet

I took a swinger at Yarmouth UK for R500 with 2 horses boxed at 500 times ,the swinger paid at R3 however I was only paid R948.06. I have emailed Hollywood Bets a few times with not even a response ...when u call the call centre u wait forever to get assistance. I'm starting to think Hollywood bets are ******* and will rob you at any chance they may get.

Please rectify the difference of R551.94...I have had many issues with Hollywood and I am considering taking my business to other service providers that value their customers and are not just there to take their money.

I expect the difference to be paid within 24 hrs.
