Ridiculous turnaround time for deposit issues to be resolved

Good day hope I find you well.my current issue I'm having with hollywoodbets is for vouchers which I tried loading yesterday morning which I purchased at shoprite which refused to load, I contacted Support through the chat they have on hollywoodbets site,I sent in all information that they needed including serial number of vouchers,time and date of purchase and all my details,these vouchers are nor big amounts, but it's the amounts I normally play with,I was told it was sent to relevant department and issue will be resolved between 24 and 48 hours,so issue is not sorted out,it's the next day,my problem is why such a lond turn around time for the issue to be resolved, I contacted Support today aswell and was told that I was informed of the turn around time and I have to just wait if I need the issue to be resolved. Wow hollywoodbets great customer service, if the site is not down or refusing to load it's vouchers not loading,current customers are forgotten
