Ridiculous support and just completely unhelpful
Absolutely ridiculous support. I requested 3 bets be canceled after their website made an error and took the bets without the multiplier. I was informed it would take 24/48 hours to reflect. After 24 hours I saw only one bet was canceled. I asked what happened and was informed that they can't cancel overnight bets. Even though the request came through the day before because their agent made an error I now can't have my bet cancelled. Ridiculous support and just completely unhelpful.

13 Dec 2023, 09:22Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me, I've requested throught the support channel and online chat to speak to a manager and have had no response. The Support Email has been useless and I've been told the same thing - we can't cancel over night bets. The bets wouldn't be over night if your agents did the request when i asked it. So your team amde the error and now you're saying i have to live with the consequence? Really is just absurd.
