Ridiculous request

Hollywood bets are ridiculous. I have been using their online gambling site. I actually won a little bit of money. I now want to withdraw this is where the nonsense starts. Easy to take your hard earned money. I need to submit documents for FICA act. I have done this before on other online gambling sites effortlessly. Hollywoodbets process is a nightmare. The online method doesn't accept my face saying I'm not the same person on my ID. I'm not the same person I'm 17 years older. I the proceeded sending an email with my ID copy and a recent photo of my face. I then get a reply I have to go to home affairs to update my ID excuse me? It's not worth the effort.
