Ridiculous Length of time to withdraw winnings via e wallet.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife.

6 march - requested a Withdrawal to my e wallet. 18 March - no money, so I called and asked for a reversal. Received a Ref# and told wait 3 to 5 working days. 28 March - no money, no contact from Hollywood bets. I had Requested info and was told to wait for money. I was also told that I cannot receive E Wallet on a contract phone, That is news to me..... 4 April - no Money, no contact from Hollywood bets. I had to request info on the Ref# I was told to wait my money. 12 April - no Money, no contact from Hollywood bets. I had to request info and was given a new Ref# , I was told that a Supervisor was contact and asked again to follow up with the bank. 14 April - No Money, no contact from Hollywood bets. I had to request info and was given a new Ref#, I was told Follow up 15 April.

I am not holding my breath and I'm losing hope of getting my money.

It is amazing How fast Hollywood bets takes your money so that you can start betting, but aren't able to e wallet nor return funds to my Hollywood bets account. Frankly don't try withdraw you cash via e wallet. May you can only get your cash withdrawn from within a Hollywood bets outlet.
