Ridiculous

This business has the worse customer service EVER! As for the gentlemen Lungani. My man if you dont know how to do your job or if you dont understand what customer service is please leave and give someone else a chance. You are bringing such a great business down and for some reason i see more than one complaint but nothing has been done about you. So it seems this is how Hollywood bets value their customers. I have tried to FICA my documents on numerous occasions and have not had a feedback. Everytime i join a chat i am assisted by the most fabulous gentlemen(Lungani) who just ends the chat without even understanding what is said. I have asked him for a reason and have not come back to me how the hell am i suposed to resolve this issue if i have no clue of what is wrong. I would have atleast expected my query to be escalated and someone to be in touch but nothing. Guys dont not use Hollywoodbets rather use Gbets,betway or something else.
