Requesting for withdrawal proof of payment nothing till this day no payment also going to gambling association

Well I never thought I'll do this as alot of my spending money went into this online casino entertainment company...and I was a regular player also won a sum in the past but lately weird thing s starts to happen and now I been ****med and they do not helping so here's my story...

Hollywoodbets is changing my mind around there loyalty customer service I withdrew R10000 on 01 August 2025 till today I have not yet seen a cent when I phone they say the problem is on standard bank side...when I request for an legal Proof of payment...they decline it and says they do not have access to it or they say they will send it now... I never received it and gave them long time to send me it then I can resolve it with my banker at standard bank I just want my proof of payment that it states the R10000 is paid into my account that's linked on Hollywoodbets system a child can do that no need for delay ,or is this a tactic of delay in payment I don't know let's see if hello Peter can assist me with this
