Remove my docs from your system

Ive sent an email to Hollywoodbets team asked them to remove my fica and all my documents they have on their system, they are busy replying to me asked me to reply to them which I did. They send me the same email saying I should reply which I did. Its like they are playing with my head they dont want to delete my information. They really annoy me because all they should do is to delete my info as I asked not for them to send me stupid automated emails. They want people to be addicted thats why they dont want to delete my docs. I am so annoyed by them 😞
