Refusing to pay winning tickets

I got 2 winning tickets for a race but Hollywoodbets doesn't want to pay me the money...they want to refund me. According to their own terms and conditions as long as you have a ticket or transaction code the bet is valid. They are breaking they own terms and conditions and they just you to report them because they fell they are untouchable. In my books they are just rich rogues *****ing from people.

I called the call centre regarding this however they just brushed me off as if I am gambling stones.
Hopefully management has a different attitude.
