Refusing to pay the correct payout on winning bet

The bet in question last night the27 February, was for Doncaster - Race 9 (Ref 403465) - Trifecta of which I won 50%. I spoke to a few people at Hollywood, incl Patrick Bradley and obviously no one has common sense.<br> <br> Only R1020.30 (27.17%) of the pool of R3,755.80 was won and the rest was carried over. Would you then have paid me 50% of the R00,00 payout? <br> <br> It is logic that it has to be on the pool. The same goes for any bet where there were no winners and the pool needs to be used in the calculation.<br> <br> I spend a lot of money at Hollywood and if this is not resolved I WILL close the account.<br>
