Refuse to pay me, yet acknowledge their error

I am extremely disappointed in Hollywood Bets. I am a loyal customer who plays every single day. Today I won R864 at 9.35 am.. they did not credit my winnings even though they acknowledge I won. Their explanation is , there was a technical glitch. I was told several times it would be rectified yet now they saying they don't know if they will credit me. I have all tbe proof and so do they.
