Refuse to pay me

Hey . I wrote to expose the business for not paying me money that is due to me for over 8months now . I keep emailing them n I'm always asked the same questions , which is now annoying. I've been claiming from march till today but still not paid . After they saw my reviews on hellopeter. I received a call from their staff , telling me they saw the my posts n promised to look at the matter n help me . I was happy . Then got another call from the same guy to tell me that they do see the amounts which are due to me . I was promised to get my money within 24 to 48 hours but nothing still. Why can't they view their systems to see everything then to keep asking me **** always . I gamble daily n I'm not working n I need tht money .

I think suing the company is my next step . I hate court n stuff but I got no choice then to be an idiot.
