Refuse to credit my account

@Hollywoodbets I made a deposit in October 2021 only for my account to be deactivated. I submitted my fica documents to have my account active and it was activate in December but my account was not credited with the deposit I made. I have been contacting @Hollywoodbets for them to refund me or credit my account but nothing. I submitted all they required and proof of payment but each and every day is a different story. If they are not saying submit this the say my account is credited but its not. Playing online with these people is a **** and it's a shame that a big entity like this de*****s their customers. @Hollywoodbets 🚮
