Refusal to send my cash send voucher sms.

I made a withdrawal request on the 11th April 2023 via cash send. Funds got deducted from my account and withdrawal sms still not sent. I called the withdrawal department on 84500 for all the money spent on that call, was asked to wait for 24-48 hours. Sent more than 10 emails to their helpline with just one reply still saying I will be contacted. Chatted with almost 10 representative on their app with the usual "I have escalated your queries. It's been 2weeks now still no sms. You don't delay when one loss but now it's all a b*nch of issues getting winning. 10emails,10 chats, 3calls yet your representative keep saying hold on within 24-48 hours that has dragged on for 14 days. Way too annoying.
