Refusal of payment to my settled bets

It's been almost a week now .I won my bets Hollywood decided to block my account. I have teams written on paper as proof ,am worried is I don't remember all my payouts. I have gone to the branches no help they have called me numerous occasions but all bunch of IT staff there can't help .Devian failed too .Am just wondering how safe are we with our information in your data base and with IT staff that fails for a week to retrieve my account?Since you guys you can access my account and password can you place a bet for me on my account ?we will share the money than blocking my account .call me again .***.I suggest Hollywood takes its software to MTN IT they will help you.
