Refusal of account activation

I recently requested my account to be temporarily closed, Religious reasons. After 7 days requesy3d re activation, whereby they keep responding that someone will call. Its almost two weeks, my account still locked. Why should i be called to re activate my account, when i requested temporary closure it took 1 email. Either open my account or remove my ID number from your platform.
