Refund paid ONLY when i won a leg but not when lost on abandoned Horse race

I have taken bets last week 03 April for Vaal inside and the race was moved to Vaal Classic, I had numerous bets on ALL TO COME (multiples) and out of 5 legs x1 was still active. I called in and i was told by your consultant on the 04 April that if the x1 leg wins i will get the winnings. I requested that i wanted my refund due to retaking of the bet but your consultant refused to refund. So i then had to add more money in to retake my bet and that x1 leg lost the race and still no refund. Yesterday 09 April the same situation occurred at Vaal and i have a race that was active and when i won that leg my winnings was paid to me then taken away and a refund was given...So in a nutshell it seems that your rules are different when one wins a race and that is totally unfair, Why was i given a refund when i won the leg? But when i lost the leg last week i was not ? I am demanding this is been dealt with and my winnings be paid out to me due to the fact that its is the same situations and your staff to me i will be piad...I am going to post this on social media so others can also come out to give their view of your cheat ways in this!
