REFUND

I have logged a query with them in may to my knowledge the query was resolved,only to be debited on my account, the consultant told me that those funds were credited incorrectly into my account and they debited my acc without informing me they will do so, now im busy trying to get my money back nobody wants to assist me i have to call now and again for feedback but still no luck, those funds maybe nothing to them but they are something to me and i want my money back😡

I was promised that after 24 hrs my account will be credited but its been 48 hrs and nothing i even called and asked for the person that promised me but all i ever get is excuse after excuse,Hollywood is really dropping the ball when it comes to thier customer service im really disappointed,if they fail to give back such small amounts then what if it was a huge amount.
