Refund
Service is really bad I've made an EFT deposit on the 13th of August 2025 and it never came through into Hollywoodbets account... Since then I've been trying to get my refund and they kept asking for bank statements, proof of account and a whole lot... I sent everything through they keep promising to refund me within an hour to 24 hours at most. Today is the 3rd of September now they want me to send an affidavit... How the hell do they treat me like this, why did they want my personal bank statement where the transaction shows clearly and yet still want an affidavit... I gave them a very personal document being my bank statement yet they are still giving me run arounds
