Refersal of withdrawal to hollywoodbets account

I did a cash withdrawal of 300 for ABSA cash send on 15 May 2023,i did not receive the reference number for withdrawal. On the 16 I called hollywoodbets spoke to Kelly and requested her to send back my 300 to hollywoodbets account she said I will receive it after 48 hours. 48 hours has passed I'm still waiting for my money, I called several times they keep ion telling me they are escalating to their supervisor I must wait another 48 hours.. This is not the first time this is happening hollywoodbets is a **** I should have bet with betway they are very fast.
