Refer a friend bonus excuses

i referred my friend on 071***hes account number *** He was ficad on 0655**'***hes account number did not change however i was not given the refer a friend bonus due to number change he has ficad and played through R80 this is pathetic customer service coz i feel url are trying to avoid paying the bonus
