REDTAPE IN PAYING CUSTOMERS

I have multiple withdrawals since the 24th of July. Some withdrawals were through the cashsend option and some were via EFT. Not a single one of them have been paid. I have spent R2k calling their call center. Nobody knows what's happening. I am often put on hold for at least 30min per before a single response
