Recruitment process

Absolutely terrible. No procedures in place. Nothing was ever done on time except the interview. They advertise externally, put people through this miserable process but tend to give the position to internal staff first. So why the **** don't they try their internally staff first and then try external If they don't find what they looking for. This was very frustrating and very poor recruitment process.
