Recharging sytem

Hollywood bets are ******. I bought a1 voucher on the 3rd of September at pep stores. Tried to recharge but my account wasn't credit. Ended up calling one voucher office only to be told my voucher was credited into my hollywood acc. Have been trying to call hollywood for 2days to no help. Have sent 4 emails to no response either.... This is not on at all.
