Really dissapointed with customare care

I never used to have a problem with Hollywoodbets, they paid out faster than the other online gambling sites. But there online chat is awfull! they say it will take 1528 seconds to get to you, but you wait and they still do not get to you.

I deposited money and they have a promotion that gives you 15% extra on your deposit. I followed the terms and conditions and betted on lucky numbers. When I see my balance they took from my real cash and only R10 or R20 from the bonus money. Im so fed up with them.. only if they would just be prompt and answer when the punter needs help.

After this I think I should rather use another website
