R80? An issue over R80

So I'm having endless troubles with them because of an R80 deposit where I might have forgotten to put my Hollywood account number as the reference when I did the eft from my FNB to their FNB account like I always do.

They will not accept the screen shot photo as proof of payment where it clearly shows my account number paid them from my credit card to their account number which is clear as daylight. The time yesterday, the amount. EVERYTHING, accept my hollybets account number. Now I have been having problems with my internet banking and cannot log in to get the proof in the form of a pdf that they want. But surely they should know by now and can see from which account number it comes and that it is me and allocate my R80 to me for blackjack. I'm bored this weekend and it is not much to ask.

Not like they are losing the money, it is my money, i paid it.

I gave them my id number, phone number, emailvabd everything checks out. I answered all their questions but no.
