R650 withdrawal not received

I have a negative experience with Hollywood, I have been calling day in and out with my withdrawal done in December with no luck but poor customer experience. no matter how little my wining is but is is still mine, I did Nedbank cash send on the 3rd of December of R650 and I couldn't get my money. I drove to Hollywood Alberton to see if they can assist and they told me that my winning will reflect back to my Hollywood account in 30days and till today northing was received. I have been call the customer care center quoting the ref they gave for my case but it all meant northing ***4. I last spoke to an agent called Ncebisi, he promised to call until this gets resolved, but he juts gave me hope without action, Hollywood can keep my winnings. Honestly I don't recommend anyone to use Hollywood's bets they are a *****. They cheat their customers.
