R5000 Deposit not reflecting since Sunday

I have made a double deposit on Sunday for R5000 each in a space of 5min, only one R5000 was credited on my account. I am still waiting for another R5000 to be credited since Monday, it has been more 48 hrs now and your consultant are not helpful. Can I please have my R5000 deposit credited into my account.
