R270 REFUND FROM HOLLYWOOD
issue with hollywoodbets.
i've placed bets for the ouright winner for end of season psl 2021. which is still very far from ending hollywoodbets. now because its still pending i've decided to send an email to *** to have them refund me back to my hollywood account so i can place something closer. now they say they can't refund me its an error. and i need my R270 refund. so i can play i'm unemployed, so hollywood is taking advantage of us gamblers no man. please help if you need more info please let me know.

Hollywoodbets refused to give me a refund saying; 'any outright bets put in cannot be refunded, even if i make a mistake right now for outright bets it cannot be refunded, i just have to swallow it_ but not in those works'.
no i have a whole list of pending results that can't be cancelled and i cant benefit from and its gonna make it difficult for me to bet soccer. i'm happy with the quick response after complaining to hello peter though.
