R1000 disappeares into thin air

On the 28th of October I deposited R1000 in my hollywoodbets account. I decided not to place the bet and tried to withdraw it which was denied . As I need to place a bet for the value of 50% of my funds deposited. I waited for the funds to be put back into my hollywoodbets account which never happened. I then called in and was to to wait for 48 hrs . Which I did . A few days later still no money . Called in again . Then I was told that I had mysteriously placed a bet with that money which I totally denied. I took a screen shot of my betting history and the bet is not there . I have asked then repeatedly to return my R1000 . They also can't shoe me the details of the bet to prove their claims. Shocking behavior from such a huge betting organization
