Query regarding system delay
Your system displayed delayed scores on live basketball. I took a bet and the wrong information displayed ****** me of my money. I logged a query, I have proof. I am waiting on someone to contact me since I cannot just throw my money away without having a chance.

05 Jan 2025, 17:58I got 2 calls today. First one last night and one this morning. After I explained what happened, I get the same reply, that my matter has been escalated and someone will get in touch..... Still waiting as was told that queries takes 24 hours to be resolved.

06 Jan 2025, 13:04I logged a query a few days ago. I provided proof. Besides providing the proof, the Hollywood employee who called me couldn't answer any of my questions. She only repeated saying that the decision made was not to refund me.
I can't get any answers to all the questions and proof I provided.
Funny thing is, more or less a year ago a similar incident occurred. But that time my bet was a winning bet and they called me to let me know that there was a delay in the system and they will only refund me and not pay my winnings.
Now the same thing happened, I discovered it, my bet is a loosing bet BUT I can not be refunded.
Hollywood Bets, I will most definitely take this further. I will most definitely make it as public as possible.
I provided proof, you couldn't proof me otherwise. Even if I must go the legal route
