Preferential treatment on Hollywood bets services

I have been to the branch on several occasions, and I keep noticing the same thing. Long queues, which is not a problem, it gets busy. However, Nigerian nationals seem to always get preferential treatment. They don't queue mostly, they just walk in and straight to the cashiers, even when another person is being saved, in total disregard not only to other customers but also Covid regulations. I raised complaints thrice, on the first occasion with the security guard, who mentioned there was nothing he could do about it, and then with a cashier behind the desk, who told me to control them myself before she walked away. On the last occasion, a guy cashier raised his voice at me and threatened to stop helping. Across the street in the bars I have noticed uniformed Hollywood bets cashiers delivering tickets to Nigerians, and the whole situation makes one feel they have priority guests, perhaps they get kickbacks. I dare Hollywood to send mystery shoppers to confirm it themselves.
