Poorest of them all service

I have aploaded my FICA documents several times with this betting company and yesterday I spoke to Nothando on chats who told me she can only see my POA and of which it Suprise’s me bcos I aploaded them both at the same time successfully and she said if I could email a picture of my ID to *** and should take 24 hrs to update and I did email at 11:00 am yesterday and today at 16:00 pm spoke to AyandaB who very rudely told me it’s to 48 hrs and just ended the chat . I was referred by a friend to open an online account with you guys saying you are one of the best and now very very very disappointed and even regret the day I switched from Superbet those guys do not give problems when it’s payout time. Please someone needs to step up before I go to the Gambling Board because I am not going to let this slide and while you at it please teach your guys how to handle your customers because they are paying their salaries not the other way around???????????
