Poor Withdrawal Service

I had made withdrawal on the 29th, 30th and 31st August, still no sign of my money and when you send an email they just tell you they will look into it.

Customer care line they don't answer their phones, I dont know why they have a call centre if the calls are not going t be answered. The withdrawal froom the 29th is more than 60 hrs.

No communication or money, service is pathetic.
