Poor services

I joined hollywoodbets last year in November and I uploaded my documents for FICA and till this very day I'm still waiting for the 'confirmation text' from them. I reached out to the support team as well as the FICA department but I was unable to receive help. I even kept trying to upload my documents on the website but when I click on the submit button, it says that my request has already been sent and I should wait for response from the FICA department via text. Hollywoodbets doesn't cater to the needs of their customers.
