Poor service once again

I really feel like this is the only way to get Hollywoodbets to respond to queries. I just cannot accept the the poor service I keep receiving from their call Centre agents and the unwillingness to assist until one's query is escalated to a supervisor. I wonder if this a general customer service provided to all of their customers because it's just unacceptable
