Poor service in doing payouts

I requested a cash out on Saturday and the cash out was rejected and have been struggling to get my money for tbe past two days.. I have phoned multiple times and at first i was told that it would take 24hrs and when i phoned this morning i was told now it is 48hr...Hollywoodbets are very quick to take money but when it comes to paying out they come with stories and take their time.... I will be closing my account once i have recieved my cash out and i can assure you guys that i would not recommend hollywoodbets to anyone,as the pay out services is pathetic..
