Poor Service from Hollywoodbets

I would like to log this complaint against Hollywoodbets.I have tried to upload my FICA documents with them but they can't verify my account because they say they don't accept scanned ID document and they only accept a picture of an ID.Now the problem is I don't have a phone that can take good quality picture of my ID because every pictures of my ID I sent them they claim its blurry.Now I cannot withdraw my cash and close the account but they do allow deposits.Its not user friendly to people like me then who use cheap phones with poor camera quality.I did not have this issue with Betway infact they verified my account within an hour.I sent pics of my ID 5 hours ago I did not get any feedback and here is my request ID ***3 that I received.I am frustrated because I cannot be assisted and all I want now is to withdraw all the cash in my account and close it.I will never use Hollywoodbets again and I strongly recommend Betway than Hollywoodbets after this experience.
